The desirable Lumiére Residences are Australia’s first "vertical village", a 21st century living environment that reaches for the sky.

Spence & Lyda was briefed to refurbish one of the sky penthouse apartment within the desirable development, and our main consideration was to inject the global personality of Missoni into a blank space. Centred around the Missoni Home collection, the injections of colour, pattern and art made for a unique, high energy, and international scheme.

This ‘house in the sky’ in conjunction with the Lumiére building’s stunning facilities represents a unique opportunity to live on a grand scale, right in the heart of Sydney.

A wonderful, fun project to be involved with, we loved this collaboration with the esteemed Missoni fashion house.
